Return & Exchanges
We do our best to ensure your order is processed correctly. In the event an error does occur, please email marketing@sydneydogsandcatshome.org with your order number and a detailed description.
Given we’re a very small team trying our best to raise funds for lost, injured and abandoned pets, we do not accept returns or issue refunds if you change your mind or if you’ve ordered the wrong size. However, if there is a fault or you have received the incorrect item then we will exchange or issue you with a refund. Please note, refunds will not include the shipping cost of the item. Incorrect Item Received
If you have received an incorrect item, we will replace the item or issue you a refund. Please email us as soon as you have received your order at marketing@sydneydogsandcatshome.org with your order number and the details of your order and what was received. Please provide photos of any damaged, faulty or incorrectly received items.
Requests to Change Size or Colour
Please ensure you are double-checking your orders at the time of checkout. Size guides are provided to help with sizing. As all our products are made to order by an external supplier, we do not provide refunds or exchanges due to change of mind or errors made during the checkout process. Please note that unisex shirts do run bigger than usual.
Change of Mind
Please take the time to choose your items carefully before checking out. All items are made to order by an external supplier, and we do not accept exchanges or refunds for change of mind.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you have received an item that has been damaged in transit, please email us at marketing@sydneydogsandcatshome.org with your order number and images of the damaged or faulty goods. We will review and replace the item or refund you. Please note, refunds will not include the shipping cost of the item.
