We strive to process all orders within 1-2 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date the order is placed. Our small team makes every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. Please note that processing time may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods.

    • We use suppliers located in different places around the world to offer the best quality and service to our customers. Orders shipped within Australia use Australia Post.
    • We offer several shipping methods, including standard ground shipping, and expedited shipping. The available options will be displayed during the checkout process.
    • We work with reputable shipping carriers to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your orders. The specific carrier used for your shipment will depend on factors such as the destination, package weight, and shipping method chosen.

    • We use multiple suppliers to offer a diverse range of products. This means items purchased from different suppliers will increase the shipping rate as items will be shipped from different locations. Please consider this when making purchases from multiple suppliers. Suppliers will be listed in the description of the item.

    • Sorry! We currently do not offer international shipping.
